Maximize the lot

The existing foot print of this home occupied much of the lot. An existing required garage off the back ally took up much of the backyard space. The solution was to provide outdoor entertaining, gardening and play areas for this young family in conjunction with needed bedroom areas on a new second story. Krishna and Becky can now harvest tomatoes from their new rear deck planters and serve them to guests on their new covered deck.
