Robin and Kevin wanted a sophisticated "beachy" home to raise their teenagers.

To accomplish this we added adult private areas, along with open family spaces for a multiple of activities. They can entertain their friends with an open first story, while their children have their own spaces off a large family room on the second story. Multiple decks and stairs connect every level to the backyard swimming pool and beach views.
