Michael wanted to stay in his childhood neighborhood.

He found a small, affordable house that needed a makeover. Adding a second floor with three bedrooms and two baths and changing the house style to Southern California Mediterranean, he created a modern house that grew into a home for his soon to be wife and several children through the years. 

His wish to raise his family where he grew up was fulfilled.
